In Suarlée, near Namur, Belgium's first digital control tower center is under construction. This innovative building, designed to centralize air traffic management for Walloon airports, incorporates an advanced geothermal solution. A field of 13 100-meter-deep vertical probes is being installed to provide heating and cooling for the site, meeting the project's carbon-neutral objectives. This project, managed by Thomas & Piron Bâtiment, illustrates Wallonia's commitment to technological innovation and sustainability.
