Aerospacelab’s Megafactory bets on geothermal energy
In Charleroi, the Megafactory project marks a milestone in Wallonia's industrial development. Supported by Aerospacelab, this high-tech production site will be home to Wallonia's largest geothermal field using vertical probes. With 93 probes 140 meters deep, the energy infrastructure is designed to support a high environmental performance building. One of WellDoneDrill's drilling rigs will be working full-time on the site until winter 2025, illustrating the scope and technical nature of the project.
