As a Business Developer at WellDoneDrill, you will be responsible for developing sales of our geothermal solutions through a multi-channel approach. You will work directly with end customers (B2B and B2C) and collaborate with a network of strategic partners: HVAC installers, HVAC design offices, auditors, architects, heat pump suppliers, general construction companies, hydrogeology and soil investigation offices. Your mission will be to promote our services, build strong partnerships and contribute to WellDoneDrill’s growth in Wallonia and Brussels.
Main responsibilities
- Direct sales development (B2B and B2C)
- Identify and prospect end customers (individuals, companies, property developers, local authorities).
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions, from prospecting to contract signature.
- Development through strategic partners
- HVAC installers: Working with installers to integrate our boreholes into their projects and build strong relationships.
- HVAC engineering firms, auditors and architects: Develop partnerships to prescribe geothermal energy right from the project design phase.
- Heat pump suppliers: Strengthen our partnerships to position our solutions as a complement to their products.
- General construction companies: Identify opportunities in construction projects and work together to integrate geothermal energy.
- Hydrogeology and soil investigation firms: Working together to meet the needs of specialized engineering firms
Promotion and representation
- Participate in events, trade fairs and conferences to raise WellDoneDrill’s profile.
- Make technical and commercial presentations adapted to each type of customer or partner.
Coordination and follow-up
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure project feasibility.
- Prepare and follow up commercial offers adapted to each project, via ODOO
- Ensure regular reporting on sales activities and contribute to development strategy.
- Monitor market trends, innovations and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing support to increase lead generation
Profile required
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a sales position, ideally in the construction or HVAC sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Ability to manage multiple relationships (customers, partners, specifiers); Strong results orientation and autonomy in managing priorities.
- Languages: French (spoken and written). Fluency in Dutch or English is an asset.
- Mobility: B driving license required, with frequent travel in Wallonia and Brussels.
- Interests: Passion for sustainable energy solutions and fast-growing companies.
