Geothermal energy integrated into the Greenwood project
Located in the heart of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, the Greenwood project embodies a new vision of sustainable urban living. Developed by Eiffage Development, this residential community combines modern comfort with respect for the environment. The four apartment blocks are designed to offer optimum quality of life, incorporating innovative energy solutions such as a geothermal heating system. The latter is based on the installation of two fields of 40 vertical probes at a depth of 140 meters, ensuring remarkable energy efficiency. The Greenwood project is thus part of a sustainable development approach, meeting the expectations of residents concerned about their ecological footprint.
