1. Comprendre le calcul du PEB : L’\u00e9nergie primaire<\/b><\/h3>\n

Le score PEB ne mesure pas uniquement votre consommation r\u00e9elle, mais votre consommation d’<\/span>\u00e9nergie primaire<\/b>. Pour le chauffage \u00e9lectrique (pompe \u00e0 chaleur), la Belgique applique un facteur de conversion.<\/span><\/p>\n

      L’un des pi\u00e8ges du PEB est la climatisation. Si vous installez une climatisation classique pour l’\u00e9t\u00e9, le logiciel PEB consid\u00e8re cela comme une d\u00e9pense \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique suppl\u00e9mentaire et d\u00e9grade votre score (risque de surchauffe).<\/span><\/p>\n
