1. Assurer une conductivit\u00e9 thermique optimale<\/b><\/h3>\n

Le but de la g\u00e9othermie verticale est de capter les calories du sol pour les transf\u00e9rer au fluide caloporteur circulant dans les sondes en PEHD (Poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne Haute Densit\u00e9). Cependant, entre la paroi du forage et la sonde elle-m\u00eame, il existe un vide. Le ciment g\u00e9othermique que nous utilisons poss\u00e8de une <\/span>conductivit\u00e9 thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/b> (exprim\u00e9e en W\/m\u22c5K). Sa composition sp\u00e9cifique permet de cr\u00e9er un pont thermique continu entre la roche et la sonde. Sans un ciment de qualit\u00e9, votre pompe \u00e0 chaleur (PAC) devra forcer davantage pour extraire la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de chaleur, ce qui augmente votre facture d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duit la dur\u00e9e de vie de la machine.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. La protection indispensable des nappes phr\u00e9atiques<\/b><\/h3>\n

Forer \u00e0 100 ou 150 m\u00e8tres de profondeur signifie traverser diff\u00e9rentes couches g\u00e9ologiques, dont certaines contiennent de l’eau (aquif\u00e8res).
